The CEC will meet for regularly scheduled meetings across multiple points in the year for a two-hour session. You'll have the opportunity to share your ideas and insights directly with us. In addition, you'll hear from CenterPoint Energy representatives about our operations, upcoming projects and future plans.

Any CenterPoint Energy residential or small- to medium-sized business customer who wants to provide their feedback to help shape the development of programs and services that better meet the needs of all customers.
Someone who is open to brainstorming actionable ideas to help shape future programs and services. Applicants should also be interested in learning about the utility and understanding how it plays a critical role in southwestern Indiana.
10 to 12 residential customers and 5 to 8 small- to medium-sized commercial customers who do not qualify for a Key Account Manager.
CenterPoint has partnered with HDR, Inc., a third-party vendor experienced in utility customer engagement, to be a neutral facilitator throughout the process. HDR will review all applications and consider various factors to identify a diverse group of candidates for fostering collaboration.
A third-party facilitator will host meetings, lead breakout sessions and guide discussions.
Members are asked to commit to participating for two years. This timeframe allows members to build relationships, contribute meaningful insights and follow through on ongoing discussions. We understand unexpected circumstances may arise, but consistent participation helps ensure productive and continuous progress.
Regularly scheduled meetings across multiple points in the year, during the evening, and will last approximately two hours.
