A loyalty program for Home Builders and Remodelers.​​​​​​​

At CenterPoint Energy, we maintain relationships with trade associations and organizations that educate and conduct outreach to homebuilders about the value of high-efficiency natural gas appliances in reducing customer emissions and energy costs. ​ A typical residential customer could save more than $1,3001 ​per year by using high-efficiency natural gas appliances compared to high-efficiency electric appliances.

New homebuilders participating in the independently owned and operated Builders Club North loyalty program can earn points for building homes with high efficiency natural gas space and water heating.​​

Earn 300 Builders Club points: Install the following in the homes you build on CenterPoint Energy service lines:

  • ​Natural gas heating system used for pr​imary heating
  • Natural gas water heater
