This program offers incentives for energy-saving improvements made by owners of one-to-four-unit dwellings that house income-eligible renters. This shared-cost model provides a free energy audit and pays 50 percent of the cost for qualifying installed weatherization upgrades and high efficiency equipment replacements. Rental properties with 50 percent or more of units occupied by income-qualified tenants are eligible to participate.Thank you for your interest and patience. Offered in partnership with Xcel Energy, this program provides a “one-stop shop” to help owners of multi-family buildings accomplish whole-building natural gas and electric energy efficiency savings.
