The process starts with a free home consultation so that we can identify the best heating and cooling and indoor air quality products considering capacity, energy efficiency, etc. Then one of our skilled technicians will remove the old unit, install the new one, along with any needed accessories and attachments, and verify a successful installation.

Plans can be purchased a la carte, but enrollment in the Replacement Plan also requires enrollment in either the Basic or Total Repair Plan.
Heating and cooling products maintenance
If you don’t want to sign up for a repair or maintenance plan, you can still contact HSP to schedule a maintenance visit to keep your heating and cooling systems in good shape.
When it comes to furnaces and air conditioning systems, it can be easy to “set it and forget it.”
However, regular maintenance on these important systems can spare you from uncomfortable periods without heat or cooling. It can also help you improve your home’s air quality, extend the lifespan of the equipment and increase the energy-efficiency of your appliances.
HSP has a large staff of HVAC professionals able to service many different makes and models of home heating and cooling products. If you’re enrolled on a HSP repair plan, you can add most of our maintenance services to your existing coverage for a discounted price.
