Senior Advisor to the CEO

Lynne serves as Senior Advisor to the CEO until her retirement, effective on Feb. 3, 2025. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of CenterPoint Energy, overseeing several corporate functions, including Talent, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Learning and Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing, Community Relations and Corporate Security.

During her tenure with the company, Lynne has served in several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Technology. She joined CenterPoint Energy’s Legal department in 1999, where she advised leadership on compensation and benefits matters, including pension and welfare benefits plans, executive compensation and incentive compensation plans. Before joining CenterPoint Energy, Lynne practiced law at Vinson & Elkins and Baker Botts in the areas of executive compensation and benefits.

Lynne is a member of the Houston Bar Association and Texas Bar and serves on the board of Target Hunger in Houston.
