Our Ethics and Compliance Code builds on our core values and provides an overview of some of the laws that govern our activities as well as the basic ethical principles that guide our conduct. While we are required to comply with laws, our Code is more than just a legal "roadmap." Our core values direct us to behave ethically, even when there are no legal constraints. In fact, in some circumstances, we maintain more specific policies on the topics referred to in this Code than is required by law.
