In 2024, our employees contributed nearly 55,000 hours of volunteer time in our communities. We also provide opportunities for employees to participate in company-organized volunteer efforts and encourage them to contribute their time and talents to causes they care about. Our volunteer and board service grants, as well as our Easy Match program, encourage our employees to become personally involved in the well-being of the communities in which they live and work by financially contributing to qualifying charitable organizations that are important to them.
